DELIVERY
Usually up to 30 days. If the item is out of stock it maybe a little
longer, and all orders are shipped complete.
Goods are sent by Royal Mail 'Signed For' requiring the customers
signature on receipt.
Goods delivered outside the EU may incur customs charges,to be paid for
by the customer.
RETURNS
Please notify us within 7 days,in writing, including your item and
receipt, if you wish to return your purchase.
Goods must be returned in perfect condition, unopened,unworn and
unwashed with any swing tickets still attached.
Returned goods must be sent via recorded/special delivery only. Return
postage to be paid by the customer.We can not accept liability for lost
returned items.
If you are exchanging,further postage will be charged for replacement
item.
If in the unlikely event the return is due to a fault in the item, we
will pay the second carriage charge,for the replacement, or refund the
cost of the item only,within 30 days.
